How can I order?

Our online contains over two thousand items available for online ordering." We update" to the on a daily basis." Still there will be times when the size or item is not available online. To order an item you cannot locate online please call customer service at 1-866-573-3850 .

Where can I find a specific item or pattern?

We specialize in finding specific glass replacements and patterns. The item you are looking for may not be available at the current time." We do keep a listing of items that are being searched for. Glass is run in batches and may not be available at all times. Manufacturers will frequently wait until they have enough of a demand before creating a batch of a specific item." For this reason we keep a wish list and will notify you if an when an item becomes available.

What is a fitter is size?

The fitter size is the opening the glass fits into. The actual outside glass diameter of the shade will be 1/8 to 1/4 smaller. For pendant shades a 2 1/4" fitter has an outside diameter on the glass of 2". For student shades a 10" fitter will have an outside glass diameter of 9 3/4". Larger shades will have a larger fitter and smaller shade openings like a lily which have a one" diameter, will have a 1 1/8 fitter. What are your hours?

We are at your service. Customer service is available Monday thru Friday 9 AM to 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Our Saturday hours are 9 AM to 12 PM. What if the item I am searching for is no longer available?

Some items do not have enough pieces left in circulation to lend themselves to have the parts reproduced in large quantities. We have artists with over forty years of experience is reproducing hand painted" glass lamp shades. Please contact us if you would like availability and pricing for this service.

What Happens If Breakage Occurs?

Nothing is disappointing than receiving a shipment you have been waiting for broken." For this reason we double pack all our shipment with expert care. Our breakage rate is less than one percent." Still breakage can occur. If an item is broken please contact customer service at 1-866-573-3850 ." We will ship you a new item immediately. Please keep the broken item in the original packaging for ten days" to be picked up.

Are the pictures on the site color representations of the item I will receive ?

Glass items are unique. Each piece and each batch of glass is unique. Our pictures are of a specific item. If you need an exact match. Contact our staff for color matching and tinting to replicate a specific item. All items for an order and sent from the same batch.

Silk and fabric shades will vary for each manufacturer and bolt of cloth. We do not send partial shipments of a given item unless authorized by the client. We stock items from many different manufactures and suppliers, each one will use a different manufacturer for materials. When replacing many different shades in a room. please note that different shades may be from different manufacturers with a slight variance in color from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Silk shades are available in a variety of colors. Off white is white but not snow white, eggshell if a Light cream color, beige is a soft taupe, and black comes with a gold lining to avoid contrast.

When is your return policy?

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is 30 day satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return it to us at Adriana's Replacement Lamp Shades, 2092 75th Way N, Saint Petersburg, Florida, 33710. Please call us before shipping so we can watch for your item and be sure it is credited promptly. We regret that we cannot refund cost of shipping. We use flat fee based shipping based on the dollar value of the order. When an item is returned the actual amount we paid to ship the item to you will not be refunded.

In the case of oversized items the shipping cost may be than originally billed. In order not to pass these costs on to our other customers, any shipping costs on returns due to a customer error in ordering are not refundable.

All item must be returned in original wrapping. We understand that you need to try a shade with the cellophane wrapping removed. There is a two dollar per shade fee for chandelier and clip on shades for repackaging the cellophane. There is a five dollar repackaging charge for Table, floor and ceiling lamp shades. All shades must be returned in original condition.

To keep our costs discounted there is a fifteen percent restocking fee on all returned merchandise as of May 1, 2008.

International Shipping?  Shipping costs are based on USPS shipping rates.  Due to the high cost of shipping, handling and duty taxes we do not ship International orders under $100.00 with the exception of Canada which has a minimum of of $50.00 US dollars.

We suggest that you contact us before placing any international orders.  We are happy to give you a shipping exstimate and will let you know if it an item suitable for international shipping.  United States Postal Service Rates  do not apply to international orders.  We are happy to calculate international rates for order that meet the minimum shipping amount.  When you place your order your credit card will not process because our system does not allow for international shipping.  We will pack your order and email you with the actual amount of shipping to the international location.  The additional shipping amount must be approved before your item can ship, we do not bill your credit card until day of shipment.
